VIQCore Technologies Terms of Use Policy
This terms of use policy (“Policy”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user”, “you” or “your”) and VIQCore Technologies (“we”, “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our Apps, Websites or Services.
You agree that by accessing our Apps, Websites or Services, you have read, understood, and agree and abide to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms and conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using our Apps, Websites or Services and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Policy at any time and for any reason.

You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Policy by your continued use of our Apps, Websites or Services after the date such revised Policy is posted.

User Registration & Account
You may be required to register with us. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We reserve all the rights to terminate account, edit or remove content, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such user is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Subscription Plan
This Subscription plan is for our business partners. Our subscription plan is using credit to subscribe. You will need to top up/reload your credit to subscribe to our plan. The subscription plan will auto deduct the credit when it reaches the billing cycle for your plan. Please make sure there is sufficient credit in your account to maintain your active account with us. There is no refund for the remaining credit balance if you decided not to continue the subscription plan with us. Please plan your credit accordingly. Your account will be dormant if it is not active for 1 year.
Once you have subscribed and active, you brand name will be listed in our Apps, Websites or Services as part of the business promotion and listing for your brand.
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use of our Apps, Websites or Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the available. The Apps, Websites or Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As an user of our Apps, Websites or Services, you agree not to:
· Systematically retrieve data or other content from us to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
· Make any unauthorized use of our Apps, Websites or Services, including collecting usernames, contact and/or email addresses of users or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
· Use the Apps, websites or Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
· Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user password.
· Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
· Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
· Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on our Apps, Websites or Services.
· Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
· Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
· Use any information obtained from our Apps, Websites or Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
· Use the Apps, Websites or Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
· Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Apps, Websites or Services.
· Attempt to bypass any measures of the designed to prevent or restrict access to, or any portion of our Apps, Websites or Services.
· Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our users.
· Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Apps, Websites or Services.
· Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm our Apps, Websites or Services
User Generated Contributions
Our Apps, Websites or Services may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in discussion, message boards, forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (“Contributions”).
Your Contributions may be viewable by other users of our Apps, Websites or Services. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:
- The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
- You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorize us, and other users to use your Contributions in any manner.
- Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
- Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
- Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
- Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
- Your Contributions do not advocate the violent overthrow of any government or incite, encourage, or threaten physical harm against another.
- Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
- Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third parties.
- Your Contributions do not contain any material that solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner.
- Your Contributions do not violate any federal or state law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors;
- Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
- Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these terms and conditions, or any applicable law or regulation.
Any use of the Apps, Websites or Services in violation of the foregoing violates these Policy and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use our Apps, Websites or Services. We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant us non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish and modify such content.
Rewards
All the rewards and points given by our Brand/Partner/Retailer to their members will be sole responsible from them. All the Terms & Conditions will apply based on our Brand/Partner/Retailer. All the rewards is only valid if our Brand/Partner/Retailer continue to offer their rewards to their members and active in our platform.
Your Obligations
You are responsible for the right content and usage of our Apps, Websites, or Services. This obligation is a condition to the provision of our Apps, Websites or Services to you and/or any other person authorized or permitted by you or your organization/company to use our Apps, Websites or Services.
Termination
You may request to close your account at any time from our Apps, Websites or Services. For those users who abuse our Apps, Websites or Services, we may be temporarily suspend or even terminate your account if you violate any of our policy or for any other reason without prior notice.
Changes of Services
We always trying to improve your experiences in our Apps, Websites or Services.
We may add, change or remove features without prior notice to you.
Disclaimer
Our Apps, Websites or Services is available on an “as is and as available basis” and that users use it responsibly and at their own risk.
Copyright
Content published on our Apps, Websites or Services (digital downloads, images, text, graphics, logos) is the property of us and/or its contents creators and protected by international copyright laws.
